While it may not be possible to travel abroad these days, we offer an alternative solution: join MOFAD and internationally acclaimed global food tour company Culinary Backstreets for an online guided tour of some of Barcelona’s most intriguing neighborhoods and their classic food shops. You’ll be led by Barcelona Bureau Chief, Paula Mourenza for a virtual walk through some of her favorite places. We’ll recreate the traditional early evening hora de vermut, taste exquisite conservas and other classic snacks, and learn about the fascinating history of Barcelona’s neighborhood culinary culture and how it’s faring during these difficult pandemic times.
*Please note this event is from 6-7pm EST and will be held over zoom.
