Biodynamic, organic, sulfites... what do these mean for wine? You've been hearing about "Natural Wines" for a few years, now let's delve behind the labelling to really understand what makes these wines so unique. Sung Cha, owner of Williamsburg's The Natural Wine Company, will discuss and lead a tasting on a few natural wines with familiar varietals. 

Guests will taste six wines, handpicked by Sung, and learn how these wines made it from the vineyard to the bottle. The tasting will be followed by a short cheese reception.
