Following a decade in the nonprofit development field (including stints on the corporate partnerships team at City Harvest and managing a charity bike ride at Columbia), Nicole spent a year traveling, eating, and imbibing around the world. After returning home she pivoted to jump full time into the world of food (and drink!). Outside of MOFAD you can find her slinging Malaysian curry paste and hot sauce at Mama Lam’s, coaxing things to grow at her community garden in Greenpoint, and scheming up more gastronomic travel adventures in New York and beyond.
