Eat, drink, and blend your own cocktail at MOFAD! Join fellow food lovers for a special night with MOFAD and Sweetcycle, a stationary bike that pedal powers a high-speed blender. You'll get to hop on the bike and blend yourself a sweet dessert cocktail on the spot, watching fresh ingredients become delicious drinks as you pedal.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Last call at 7:45 pm. Tickets include admission to Chow: Making the Chinese American Restaurant, light bites, 2 beers from Brooklyn Brewery, and a dessert cocktail.

ABOUT KATE ZUCKERMAN, OWNER OF SWEETCYCLE

Pastry chef, savory chef, cooking instructor, recipe tester, cookbook author, avid commuter/cargo cyclist and mother of three kids – Kate acquired the ice cream/blender bike from her cousin Paul, inventor, musician, bike enthusiast and founder of Rock the Bike.  

As a chef, Kate is guided by an overriding belief in the centrality of simple, pure, complementary flavors. After years of working in the food industry, handling vegetables and fruits from all over the world, watching and participating in how they are processed, cooked, presented, stored, wasted and perceived, Kate is now focused on education and awareness about our precious food supply.
